Description of Event

The signature event and cultural festival for Acklins, that feature an exciting lineup of Bahamian entertainment and performances by local artist Nita Ellis, the Magical Band, the Acklins combined choir, Julian Believe, and so much more. There will also be fashion shows, cultural games, plaiting of the maypole, cooking demonstrations, and a kids corner.

Guided tours will be offered that include a visit to Portland Slave Plantation, swimming with the pigs, fishing, and an Eco Park Tour.
