Our goal is to compete in the world's pineapple market with our luscious pineapple fruit of "rare Eleuthera sweetness" and to bring the industry back to its glory days in The Bahamas.

The tour consists of leisurely walking through our fields (about a 1/4 mile) as you enjoy the simple beauty, sunshine, breathtaking views of our pineapple farm, and the historic Hatchet Bay Silos (cylindrical structures) built in the 1930's to store food for the animals from the Levy Farms / Hatchet Bay  Plantation.

Although the pineapple fruit is seasonal, you will have the experience of a lifetime as our professional tour guide takes you through a short history of the Pineapple Industry in Eleuthera, the complete growing cycle, and cultivation techniques of our world renowned "Sugar Loaf" sweet Eleuthera pineapple.

Sample Itinerary of Experience

The tour lasts for about 30-35 minutes and you will enjoy the ultimate experience of planting your own Eleuthera pineapple plant as a group or individual volunteer. As the tour continues, you will be able to see a variety of other local crops, including bananas, papayas, sugarcane, sugar apples, and the vegetable garden of whatever is in season during your visit. You are welcome to ask questions during the tour and allowed to take photos in the farm.
